In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering specialist surveillance capability across complex civil construction, maintenance and engineering works to ensure delivery in accordance with Transport for NSW time, quality and scope requirements.

This role will see you provide highly specialist, non-routine surveillance, monitor and influence delivery partner progress, coach and support project teams, anticipate and advise on complex technical issues, uphold integrity and sustainability frameworks to achieve best practice project and maintenance outcomes.

About you

Your extensive civil construction expertise and specialised trade/engineering qualifications formed across highly specialised construction, engineering, and maintenance environments will see you excel in resolving complex technical issues, strengthening delivery partner capability, and enhancing project and maintenance outcomes.

You’re recognized as a trusted technical expert and ethical professional, skilled at analysing complex issues, providing specialist advice, influencing delivery partners, and guiding best practice surveillance and project activities.

You will possess advanced trade qualifications and current licenses/ tickets in a specialised field relevant to Transport for NSW works as well as a valid Australian motor vehicle driver’s license and be willing to work outside regular working hours and travel on occasion.
