Alspec is seeking a motivated and organised Area Manager to join our Albury branch, servicing customers across metropolitan and regional.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and commercially driven Area Manager to join our Albury team. This is a hands-on sales role where you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service across a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales and profitability budgets within your territory
• Managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing a broad and diverse customer portfolio across multiple industries
• Providing tailored solutions and high-quality customer service
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

• Experience in aluminium systems, windows and doors, hardware, or a related building/industrial sales environment
• Strong technical aptitude with sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• The ability to work autonomously while managing priorities and meeting deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Confidence in developing new business and managing a diverse customer base
