What you’ll do

• Oversee total site inventory, manage cycle counting and replenishment processes and investigate pick errors, shortages and damaged stock.
• Analyse WMS data and system behavior patterns to identify and implement process improvements and enhance pick efficiencies
• Ensure seamless data flow between WMS and SAP, conduct root cause analysis on inventory losses
• Generate reports on key performance metrics like order fulfillment and slot utilisation
• Act as the primary contact for system issues, delivering prompt triage and resolution to maintain store service standards.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in inventory and systems management within a DC, retail or FMCG environment
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using data to drive actionable insights and efficiency
• Skills in guiding and mentoring colleagues, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated competency in Excel or Google Sheets, SAP and various computer programs. Familiarity with automated movement systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
