The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England)
Interview
One day I received an automated email from Accenture that my profile has been shortlisted for an interview and I need to upload few documents onto their system. I did not hear back anything for 3 weeks after uploading docs, then on emailing the talent coach assigned, my f2f interview was set a week later which was never a f2f, it was a mere telephonic call from another call room. The person on the call did not have any idea about my background, he thought I'd just an year of experience though I'd 7 years of experience. He realized during the call that I'm experienced in Eloqua (clearly mentioned in my resume) so not suitable for SFMC role. So why was I called from the interview if I wasn't suitable, didn't they go through my profile?? I tried my best to convince him that all automation tools are same, and it wasn't a bottleneck. But he had no idea about automation techniques and was adamant that I was inappropriate for that role. He couldn't even frame a complete sentence in English language, I was just guessing his questions and tried to answer, now I'm unsure if he'd actually understood why I was trying to tell him!! The HR present there said that I was selected but 1 month later I got an email that my candidature was on hold. Again on mailing the talent coach, another telephonic round was scheduled for me, but I never got any call. The talent coach said that someone would reschedule my interview, but now they have again put my candidature on hold again. There's a serious communication gap in the recruitment team. Such unprofessionalism isn't expected from a brand like Accenture. They take ages to reply and to take preceding actions.
