I applied to Accenture in May 2026 and completed multiple interview rounds. After waiting until internal promotions, I received rejection without any feedback. It felt like a formality for external candidates. Keep expectations low.

Question 1
The interviewer continued asking follow-up questions even after clear answers. At the end, he said everything looked positive. However, I later received a rejection with no feedback. HR never responded to follow-ups. Shortly after, multiple internal promotion announcements for similar positions started appearing on LinkedIn. This made the entire process feel like a formality to show thorough screening of both external and internal candidates.

Recruiter, peer, then hiring manager. Efficient and professional. They look for consulting presence in addition to technology skills. The post-acceptance process is a crazy bureaucracy with a different offshore person doing each step until day one.

Interview
Smooth, 3 interviews in one week and offer at the end of the week. I was impressed of the quality of the Managing Directors conducting the interviews. I first met with the practice lead then HR and another MD to check the culture fit. I was surprised to see the offer in the mail by Friday afternoon for a process that only started on Monday!
