Initial application form with situational judgement test followed by a digital interview. I have been invited to attend an assessment centre
The digital interview was fairly straight forward. Was response was 3 minutes long unless otherwise stated with 30 seconds to prepare. Each respect could be recorded twice.
There were two sets of questions - questions about yourself and Accenture and then a case study.
The first questions were asking you to describe yourself, motivations for working at Accenture, an Accenture case study, and a time when you have solved a problem.
The case study was based on a wine company moving from B2B to B2C. You had to assess the problems they faced and possible solutions.

The phone screening interview was conducted by an overseas recruiter who joined 30 minutes late. The conversation felt highly scripted, impersonal, and rigid, with little acknowledgment or meaningful engagement with my responses.
Multi stage process involving an initial application, Online Task based interview first round, in-person Business Strengths Interview and final Managing Director interview online. Interviewers were friendly and I felt that they wanted me to succeed.
