The process was well-structured and consisted of three main stages. It began with an online cognitive and technical assessment, followed by a collaborative communication assessment. Finally, I had a combined technical and HR interview via Microsoft Teams. The recruiters were professional, and the timeline from application to the final decision was approximately three weeks. It was a comprehensive experience that tested both aptitude and soft skills.
