Role: Graphic & CMF Designer
Location: Sydney, AUS
We are currently looking for a Product Graphic Designer that can blur the line between Graphic and CMF Design.
You must be a self-starter with a drive to deliver innovative ideas and design solutions, with the ability to support the Product Developer through the full process — from design concept to production — including execution of packaging, user manuals, training material, and product webpages.
As this role requires a wide range of design skills, we are looking for an individual who is open to learning and stretching outside their core
competence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Staying informed about current trends in color, materials, and technology to anticipate future consumer preferences.
- Colour Selection:
Choosing colour palettes that align with brand identity, user emotions, and cultural significance.
- Material Selection:
Sourcing and selecting materials that meet functional requirements (such as durability and certification), aesthetic goals, and sustainability standards.
- Collaboration:
Working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and supply chain to ensure CMF choices are feasible and integrate well into the overall product development process.
- Sustainability Focus:
Incorporating sustainable material choices, waste reduction, and energy efficiency into the design process.
