About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role within the Regis Learning and Capability team for an operationally minded learning expert who thrives on designing, streamlining and executing learning processes at scale.
In this role you will optimise and elevate the way learning is delivered to a national workforce with a focus on ensuring learning experiences are engaging, efficient and delivered so that outcomes are measurable.
Leading a team of learning specialists, you will provide strategic and operational oversight of learning delivery across Regis. You are accountable for the governance, quality, and effectiveness of learning operations—overseeing systems, scheduling, communications, vendor relationships, facilitation models, and evaluation frameworks. Through strong leadership, you ensure learning is consistently delivered to a high standard, enabling capability uplift and supporting excellent care outcomes.
