Program Manager – Information, Communication and Technology (New Position)
Full-time, 38 hours a week – Ongoing

About the Role
The Program Manager- Information Communication and Technology (ICT) is responsible for the provision of timely and effective ICT support services to Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-Operative (including its Subsidiary) Staff, Board, Members, Volunteers and Visitors, including the provision of technical advice, problem identification and resolution, and troubleshooting. The Program Manager - ICT will assist with professional hardware and software support and maintenance to enable the continued provision of essential services in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
About You
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- You are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Have relevant ICT qualification combined with significant industry ICT experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of 8-10 years’ experience and training.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to this role as described below.
- Significant experience with Microsoft AZURE, Microsoft Windows Workstation and Windows Server configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting in a controlled standard operating environment.
- Significant experience in network switch and router configuration, management and support.
- Experience in providing technical advice, support and assistance to staff and management on a range of ICT functions.
- Proven ability to undertake a variety of ICT tasks and project-based activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of customers on various ICT related matters.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience using Microsoft applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Management) combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
