Marketing Manager | Luxury Retail
Lead the marketing function across two premium international brands in the Australian market. This is a broad, hands-on role with real commercial accountability across retail, PR, digital, CRM, activations and new store openings.
This role suits someone who is equally comfortable building a PR strategy and executing an in-store activation. You'll work cross-functionally across retail, merchandising, digital, finance and e-commerce, and report into the Country Manager.
What you'll own:
Integrated campaign execution - BTL campaigns, seasonal activations, in-store events and visual merchandising across both brands
PR, influencer and media management - press relationships, KOL programs, gifting, seeding and media value tracking
Retail events and new store openings - from pre-opening teasers through to post-launch reporting
CRM and digital - customer registration, segmentation, loyalty programs, social media growth and digital performance reporting
Pop-ups and experiential activations - transactional pop-ups, seasonal events and VIP brand activations
Online channel support - launch campaigns, traffic growth and alignment with the retail calendar
Budget management - full marketing budget ownership with accurate PO and invoice management
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in a marketing manager or senior marketing role, ideally within luxury, fashion, retail or FMCG
Strong track record across PR, events and brand activations
Experience working with influencers and KOLs across fashion or lifestyle categories
CRM and digital marketing proficiency - comfortable with segmentation, reporting and performance metrics
Financially literate - confident managing budgets, tracking spend and reporting against targets
