About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help accelerate delivery across Decidr's most critical Product and Engineering initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product and execution — ensuring complex, cross-functional programs move from strategy to delivery with clarity, speed and accountability. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and senior leadership to align priorities, manage dependencies and create the delivery systems that allow teams to execute at scale.

This is a role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex coordination challenges and can bring structure without bureaucracy. You'll play a key role in improving how Decidr plans, sequences and delivers work as we scale our platform, products and global footprint.

Success in this role comes from helping teams make better decisions, reducing delivery friction and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into priorities, risks and outcomes.

In this role, you will

• Own alignment across multiple Product and Engineering workstreams, ensuring priorities remain connected to business outcomes

• Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and execution pathways

• Identify, manage and resolve cross-functional dependencies before they become delivery blockers

• Create and maintain a trusted view of roadmap progress, risks, trade-offs and delivery health for leadership

• Drive delivery predictability and operational excellence without introducing unnecessary process

• Facilitate decision-making across Product, Engineering and leadership teams when priorities compete

• Improve planning, sequencing and execution frameworks as Decidr scales

• Surface delivery risks early and work proactively with stakeholders to mitigate them

• Communicate clearly when priorities, timelines or scope need to change

• Help shape the operating rhythms that enable high-performing technical teams to deliver consistently and effectively

You'll Succeed If You

• Have experience managing complex technical programs, product initiatives or large-scale cross-functional projects

• Can confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering and business functions

• Have strong judgment when prioritising work, managing trade-offs and making sequencing decisions

• Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity where process does not yet exist

• Can identify risks before they impact delivery and act decisively to resolve them

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

• Understand modern software development environments and can engage effectively with engineering teams

• Focus on outcomes rather than activity, using data and context to drive decisions

• Thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership, adaptability and initiative matter

• Enjoy building systems and ways of working that improve execution across teams and functions
