What you'll do:
Develop and deliver change strategies for transformation programs, with a focus on people experience and adoption.
Execute change activities across workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption support.
Translate program objectives into clear, actionable change plans that align to business priorities.
Develop and deliver people engagement and training materials and sessions that build capability across impacted teams.
Develop and deliver project communications plans that are clear, concise, and aligned to corporate affairs standards.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact adoption, and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigations.
Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and recommendations for senior leaders and sponsors to support informed decision-making.
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through reliability, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
Coordinate change activity across strategy, design, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment and sequencing of dependencies.
Contribute to building change capability within the program, supporting sustainable and repeatable practices.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to maintain trust, transparency, and momentum throughout delivery.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
Solid experience in change management across strategy, design, and delivery phases.
Demonstrated ability to deliver change initiatives and support adoption across impacted groups.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including senior leaders, with confidence and credibility.
Experience supporting the design and delivery of capability uplift or training programs.
Strong communicator who can convey information clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.
Pragmatic and solutions-oriented, able to work through ambiguity and organisational complexity.
Takes ownership of delivery and is accountable for driving adoption outcomes.
Able to simplify complex information and bring people along through the change journey.
People-centred in approach, with genuine care for employee experience and engagement during change.
Desirable skills
Comfortable working across different sectors, operating models, and change contexts.
Interest in how AI and emerging technology are influencing change practice, with a willingness to learn and apply new approaches.
Experience contributing to change practice maturity within a program or organisation.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,000 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
