To be a supervisor in our team, means to:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs.
• Drive Success: Oversee day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers’ high standards.
• Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
