Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities? We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Brandbank on a 3-month fixed term contract and support recruitment projects across our retail brands.

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment projects, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role combines strong relationship management with hands-on recruitment administration, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on our people and our business.

THE ROLE:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles including leadership, store management, and visual merchandising.
• Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.
• Write and post job ads, and proactively source talent via LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, networking, and talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, engage candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Deliver a high standard of candidate care with clear, timely communication throughout.
• Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions.
• Lead bulk and seasonal recruitment campaigns (e.g., Christmas hiring).
• Manage agency relationships where required.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, compile recruitment reports, and track hiring activity.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, employer branding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
• This role is working on a 3 month fixed term contract

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment and/or store management within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail recruitment practices, including bulk hiring (highly regarded).
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate care and a high-quality recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms and talent sourcing channels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, but not essential.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management (highly regarded).
