Ensure all social activity is commercially viable, on-brand, and integrated across paid, owned, and earned channels.
-
Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to a team of four social integration leads and planners, fostering a culture of operational excellence, creative innovation, and data-driven execution.
-
Drive maximum efficiency from our $25M social media activity. Act as the day-to-day lead for our agency operating models and production workflows, ensuring high-quality output, accountability for financial outcomes, and optimised media allocation across pillars.

-
Serve as the senior point of contact for the wider marketing organisation. Streamline the intake of briefs, manage expectations, and facilitate seamless collaboration between business pillars agencies, in house teams and partners to ensure consistency in message and brand voice.
