About the team
Our Enterprise Technology teams are a diverse group of professionals who focus on business process design, technical delivery, data and analytics, platform and solution architecture, working across large-scale enterprise transformations.
In these teams, you will work to chart out strategies, roadmaps, and plans to propel technology-driven transformational change in line with business objectives. You will also be helping clients drive increased value from their technology functions, adopt contemporary ways of working, and enable business or technology teams to transform.
Join a team of passionate technologists who harness the latest tech trends and help clients solve their most complex problems and navigate disruption. What will your typical day look like?
Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.
Enterprise Technology Managed Services
Working with our HR, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle and Kronos), as a graduate, you will:
assist with managing the support ticket queue, helping to ensure tickets are actioned quickly, prioritised appropriately, and moved forward towards resolution
act as a point of contact between support staff and customers, helping to maintain clear communication about priorities, status updates, and expectations.
participate in incident management activities for high-priority incidents, supporting technical teams and helping drive incidents through structured resolution processes

Tech Strategy & Transformation
As a graduate in this team, you’ll:
support technology strategy and transformation engagements, including researching industry trends, analysing current-state technology environments, and helping develop future-state roadmaps for clients .
contribute to client deliverables, such as strategy decks, business cases, operating model designs, or transformation plans, working closely with senior team members
work with our thought leaders and our client stakeholders to shape the transformation to support client in implementing their strategic ambitions
