About you
Your strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across capability development, needs analysis, or talent development roles, will see you navigate complex challenges, improve processes, and deliver programs that drive growth and readiness for critical roles.
You’re recognised as a trusted advisor and program specialist, skilled at leveraging capability frameworks and development strategies, experienced in designing and managing capability initiatives, and integrating evaluation data to continuously improve outcomes.
As a Capability Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building a high performing, future ready organisation. Through contemporary, evidence informed approaches, you will design and deliver the strategies, frameworks and programs that lift leadership effectiveness and strengthen workforce capability at scale.
This permanent role operates under a hybrid working model in line with our Flexible Working Arrangements, combining approved in‑office days at our Macquarie Park and City locations with remote work.
