As the Consultant, Learning & Development VIC, you’ll play a hands on role in delivering and coordinating high‑quality learning experiences across the South-West region. From facilitating instructor‑led training and supporting leadership programs, to managing learning logistics, stakeholder enquiries and regional communications, this role is central to ensuring learning is practical, well‑executed and embedded in day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work closely with restaurant teams, market leaders and support functions to bring learning initiatives to life and support consistent capability uplift at scale.
